The Feminization of Leadership
The feminization of leadership – Empowering yourself for the future.
Odgers Berndtson, one of the world’s leading executive search firms conducted interviews with 100 global senior executives, which found that 82% of these executives recognize that a different style of leadership would be required not only to do business in the broader environment, but also to motivate people, attract and retain talent from a far more diverse workforce. Emotional intelligence, people skills and flexibility, traditionally regarded as more feminine leadership skills, are now particularly highly valued and are considered the 3 qualities most needed by future leaders.
You are cordially invited to attend “The Feminization of Leadership” seminar, organized by AIG Vietnam; where you can hear more about the qualities FDI companies are looking for in their future leaders. Then, our panelists will share their experience and insights on how they were able to develop these leadership qualities to best prepare yourself for the future.
