We are looking for a HR Manager working for I CAN READ VIETNAM with the information as below:

  • Job location at An Phu An Khanh Ward, district 2
  • Total full time employee: 60 headcounts
  • Salary range: up to $2000
  • Staff management: 1 HR executive report to this position
  • Directly Report to General Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Source, recruit, & retain talent that will drive the organization to carry out its mission and vision to be the premium enrichment company in Asia & the Middle East.

1. Recruitment

a.      Responsible for maintaining partnerships with outsourcing agencies as well as researching, establishing, and maintaining the pipeline for all internal sourcing channels

b.      Establish recruitment strategies and implementation plans that meet the demands for recruitment for all geographies

  •  Establish growth targets in terms of recruitment projections
  • Research Employee Pass requirements
  • Create and implement retention plans that cater to each specific market

c.       Track and monitor candidates’ progress as they advance through the recruitment and deployment process

2. Employee Relations

a.      Identify training needs, prepare and present training, and coordinate ongoing training efforts with the HR Learning and Development area

b.      Conduct workplace inquiries and prepare summary/findings of fact reports and recommendations

c.       Facilitate conflict resolution between parties and make recommendations to resolve issues by using judgment consistent and compliant with standards, practices, policies, procedures and laws

d.      Maintain and organize all confidential employee databases, files, and paperwork

3. Compensation & Benefits

a.      Design and implement compensation and benefit programs and processes to meet the needs of the organization that aligns with company strategy

b.      Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages

c.      Works closely with management in solving compensation and benefit issues; Provides feedback on how existing programs are working

d.      Responsible for the creation and upkeep of all desk top procedures and controls in Benefits and Compensation

4. Compliance (of company HR Policies)

a.      Ensure internal HR procedural and policy compliance with all partners including Franchisees, Learning Center Support, etc.

b.      Maintain all HR files for inspection by auditors

c.       Ensure company policies are line with government laws and regulations

5. Performance Measurement

a.      Create and implement performance appraisal initiatives that will

Increase employees’ accountability of their on-the-job performance
Create and utilize objective tools for measuring employees’ performance and success
Provide a direct line of sight for employees to the strategic goals of the organization
Improve success rates for reaching overall organizational goal
II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Training

a.      Work with the Academic Department to identify training program required by Teachers and Center Staff

b.      Provide input to the training materials and assist in the development of the training materials where required

2. Special Events and Projects

a.      Part of the team for special events, road shows, exhibitions seminars for brand promotion from time to time

b.      Organize holiday camps and specialized courses

c.       Ad-hoc special project requirements for Vietnam as directed by Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Has excellent organizational and project management/project implementation skills
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Has the ability to work independently, to think critically and strategically
  • Shows leadership and deep sense of responsibility
  • Proactive and takes initiative to resolve issues and/or highlight challenges
  • Expected to have broad management exposure to multifunctional activities such as Recruitment, Finance and Project Management
  • Able to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Needs to be familiar with the full suite of ICR Programmers, ICR operating system and processes (training will be provided)
