Mô Tả Công Việc

Compensation and Benefits:
§ Process monthly payroll for Foreigner and Vietnamese staff, part-time staff, twice a month for service providers and substitute teachers/teaching assistant
§ Process monthly compulsory insurance contribution and solve related issues. Ensure local employees’ Social Insurance information to be updated
§ Prepare PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization, issue PIT certificate and tax code registration, employee’s dependent registration, solve related issues.
§ Monitor the change in C&B elements and package from time to time and propose necessary change benchmarking to the market to HR Manager.
§ In charge of HR reports relevant to C&B and other related activities assigned by HR Manager.
§ Issue contract for successful candidate who pass probation period and support to produce employment contract for expatriate staff.
§ Assist in implementation benefit programs for staff.
§ In charge of all employees profile records in hard copies.
§ Maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee record database, using, but not limited to the HRM system.
§ Keep track of staff attendance and absence, report discipline and conduct discipline process when applicable.
§ Monitor the operations and data of attendance and absence in Time Management module in HRM system to ensure it operations meeting the current rules and regulations; propose change when necessary.
§ In charge to implement the exit procedure in coordination with relevant divisions.
§ Coordinate in orientation program for new expatriate staff.

HR Policies, Procedures and Reports:
§ Communicate to local employees the updates on company policies/ internal labor regulation/ labor code / social insurance law/ health insurance law & policy and etc (if any).
§ Be updated of the HR relevant Law from time to time and recommend necessary changes in HR practice to HR Manager in order to ensure the compliant application in the school.
§ In charge of HR relevant reports to DOLISA and DOET and support in other HR reports when needed.

Others:
§ Participate in HR projects from time to time which are relevant to the areas in charge.
§ Performs other duties when assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Knowledge, Education and Experience:
§ Technical Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Human resources management, business administration.
§ At least 3 years in HR practices, compensation cycle management and labor market surveys.
§ Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax.

Skills:
§ Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
§ Interpersonal skill
§ Excellent in communication skill.
§ Time management skill
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
§ English Proficiency in written and oral.

Abilities:
§ Accuracy: To consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
§ Details oriented: Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas.
