1 Work location: the building lobby and building management office

2 Operation hours: six days a week, Monday to Friday from 7:30AM till 6:00PM. Saturday from 7:30AM till 1:00PM
– Due to the long hour working, there are 2 shifts: ‰
Shift A – 7:30AM to 4:30PM ‰
Shift B – 8:30AM to 6:00PM On Sat: 7:30AM to 1:00PM (Rotate)
– To welcome tenants/ customers at the Front desk area at ground floor
– To answer visitors’ enquiries about a company and its products or services, directing visitors to their destinations
– To be aware of the tenants occupying the offices, and address them by name.
– To observe, inform to the security or report to management any unusual or suspicious persons or activities at the Front desk area.
– To be familiar with the layout of the premises to provide information on the facilities and services available to tenant.
– To be familiar with information about the city, especially those buildings nearby
– Must know events, functions, and promotions relevant to tenant in order to answer tenant’s inquiry efficiently.
– To attend to tenant’s needs and fulfill each request to the satisfaction of the tenants as much as possible by taking action of their request(s) immediately or by rerouting to a person who might render greater assistance. Follow up until the request is fulfilled (i.e. calling cars from the parking lot, greeting tenant’ guests, etc.)
– To be the telephone operator of Company
– To receive the correspondence, fax-in and distribute to the Departments, and file these master copies as the administration records.
– To sort and hand out mails, newspapers sent through the post office to tenants
– To keyboarding/data entry and perform the other office tasks as requires
– To manage and distribute the stationery as requested
– To file, keep the related records in good order
– To liaise with supplier to order the daily staff meals
– To fulfill the duties assigned by your superior and report timely and properly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

– College graduation or above
– Completion of secretarial training course is a plus

– Fresh graduate is preferable

– Age: 22-28

– Being good at English
