Position Purpose & Summary
This position will play the key role in benefits implementation, HR system management, personnel cost and employee data control

Principal Accountabilities
50%   Payroll & Personnel cost
·         Take lead in following up & managing the payroll requests through Remedy Force, to interact with requestors to ensure appropriate/correct payroll requests in accordance with benefits policies
·         Manage ADP team to ensure the payroll inputs processed timely & correctly
·         Ensure timely upload of bank files & payment
·         Ensure personnel cost reports provided timely & correctly to Finance
·         Effectively manage payroll master data
·         Control monthly Incentive accrual
·         Support audit when required

 30%   Remedyforce_Ops queue

Take lead in managing HR requests and collaborate with MyHR Support team to handle HR Requests in Ops queue in a timely manner (03 working days)
Proactively interact with other team members in Ops team to handle HR request effectively
10%   International Assignment support
·         Collaborate with Santafe vendor to facilitate related activities
·         Collaborate with Earns & Young to facilitate related PIT activities
·         Manage & control related records & documents

10%   Service Enhancement
·         Coordinate with HR Operations Lead to review & rewrite C&B policies
·         Proactive in reviewing & proposing the improvement of HR Operations processes/practices
·         Proactive in addressing the client’s concern in a timely manner

Education, Experience, Skills

Minimum Required Qualifications and Skills

•       Bachelor’s Degree
•       Ability to execute processes and HR solutions
•       >5 years of C&B Professional/Human Resources/Business experience
•       Strong oral communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate with and present to multiple levels of management
•       Strong written communication skills
•       Ability to challenge & work under high pressures
•       Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships|
•       Professional language proficiency in English, both written and verbal
•       Strong analytical abilities and excel skills
•       Familiarity with compensation systems
•       Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
•       Experiences in C&B professional
•       Proven ability to effectively deliver projects and processes Human Resources
•       Experience consulting with some stakeholder groups (i.e. Business HR, Managers/Employees)
•       Demonstrated experience participating in change efforts characterized by effective communications and strong partnerships
•       Positive & smart working attitude
•       Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical level
