Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Key Responsibilities: 1.  Payroll & Employees data management:
  •  Check time attendance data, over time records and consolidate for payroll calculation.
  • Process monthly payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately.
  •  Handle employees’ query on payroll, Company policies, regulations.
  •  Ensure employee database is fully updated.
  •  Maintain employee’s records in personnel file.
  • Monitor employee leave records
2. PIT & Dependent Registration: - Register PIT code for employees and their dependent. - Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept. - Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis. 3. Social Insurance:
  •  Register SI, HI and UI contribution for new employees.
  • Make claims for SI benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
  • Complete termination process and SI book procedure for leaving staffs.
4. Labor contract:
  • Make labor contract for new staff.
  • Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
  • Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time.
5. HR reports, policies & system:
  • Preparing periodical labor reports to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
  • Complete internal HR reports as required by Group HR.
  • Assist HRM in reviewing and developing HR policies.
  • Assist HRM in building HR software, particularly payroll module.
  • Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager
  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration, Economics, or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR C&B role in foreign Companies (size from 300 employees above), preferable in manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of labour law, SI law, PIT law.
  • High accuracy and detail-oriented.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skill.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Excellent in MS Excel.
  • Experience in project of building HR software would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team in different functions and locations.
  • Strong change management mindset
  • Good command of English speaking & writing.
