Working Location: 2A Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, D.2, HCMC

1.       Human Resource

–          Leading and coordinating recruitment procedures, including screening CV and  short-listing candidates, arranging interviews with head of department and manager in charge;

–          Administering employment contracts, employee data and maintaining the leave management system;

–          Supervise  completion of the monthly payroll, review and submit compulsory insurance and all kind of  Personal Income Tax reports;

–          Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR related reports to local authorities and Headquarters.

2.      Administration

–          Coordinating various  administrative and executive supporting activities connected to the office everyday operations, all in line with legislative requirements;

–          Dealing with suppliers in relation to the office operation contracts;

–          As an active member of the inventory asset management team, responsible for follow- up and maintaining records of the inventory, including insurance coverage;

–          Effective coordination of company cars’ schedules;

–          Monitoring statutory provisions, which are influencing any aspect of the office’s everyday life;

–          Responsible to maintain the representative office licence, company seal and submitting statutory reports of the RO as required by law;

–          Processing visa, work permit, temporary residence card, driver licence for expatriates in compliance with the prevailing legal regulations;

–          Manage the filing, storage and security of documents;

–          Organizing and facilitating meetings and other special events;

–          Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as allocated;

–          Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Working Location: 2A Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, D.2, HCMC

The ideal candidate shall have

-          completed undergraduate degree(s) related to social sciences from an accredited  institution;

-          at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities with documented track report, specified above and the following skills and solid understanding of the:

o   Regulations in respect to the foreign representative office operations;

o   Regulations concerning expatriates working in Vietnam:  visa, work permit, temporary residence card, driving license;

o   Good computer skills, with proficiency in database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software;

o   Excellent English, both verbal and written;

o   Soft skills needed:  strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, problem solving, acting with integrity, accountability, ability to gather data, compile information, prepare reports, maintaining records, ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information; conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
