ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates efforts gauge and maintain a healthy work environment at the site.
• Manages the proper documentation processes that will ensure any and all actions are well-documented.
• Informs area manager or site manager regarding trends in behavioral/absenteeism issues.
• Conduct employee surveys about their satisfactions & difficulties to have proper actions.
• Coordinate with Managers & Supervisors to launch projects, based on data and surveys, to improve employee productivity, engagement, and long-term commitment.
• Manage projects of important events and CSR activities.
• Lead teams in discipline, administration, clinic, canteen, event, and inventory.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Typically reports to Human Resources Manager.
• Be responsible for managing a large team.
