Recruitment for Non-Commercial functions:
– Conduct assessment and selection of candidates in compliance with laws, Company’s
standards/policies, using Competence Based Recruitment.
– Developing/reviewing/updating Job Descriptions & gap analysis in compliance with
Nestle guidelines.
– Developing and maintaining Company own recruitment database, promote internal
recruitment in cooperation with training and development.
– Take responsibility for all position followed recruitment performance KPIs.
– Announce new hire, promotion, transfer, law update (nationwide).
– Follow up new hire and leaver procedure (nationwide)

Responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits
– Contribute in annual/mid year salary review process.
– Manage supplier on: payroll outsource, labor contract management, annex, SMUI process
– Follow up related payment and monthly accrual cost.
– Manage time-recorder in HCMC Office.
– Play an active role in employee relation activities, discipline, conflict resolution, staff
counselling, answering questions about payroll from employees.
– Distribution: Uniform, Helmet, Insurance card, others…..
– Healh check arrangement
– Staff cost budgeting and monthly analysis.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance is in all the activities of HR.

Reports:
– Follow up with outsource supplier: Annual leave, Time management,
– Prepare: Dash boards, Headcount, PR Request, Org chart, HR KPIs…..

Other factory of Nestle; Local government; Suppliers; Candidates

Key Experiences:
What experiences are key to success in this job?
Bachelor degree. Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred.
English skills: Fluent speaking and good writing/ reading.
Computer: MS Office and system knowledge
Minium 2 years of working experience.
