1. Monitor and process monthly payroll for expatriates and Vietnamese employees to ensure the process timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and school policy and HR procedures
2. Understand and provide the explanation of the C&B policies, benefits schemes and processes; Responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to payroll matters.
3. Handle full responsibility on compulsory insurances including opening and closing insurance books, claiming all type of social insurance leave, managing medical insurance card, etc. Responsible for providing consultancy on employee’s concern about the practice of SI/HI/UI.
4. Control implementation of benefits for expatriates in line with the law, labor contracts, school policies and HR procedures. Assist in process of medical insurance, life insurance and disability insurance for expat employees.
5. Monitor to ensure proper implementation of personal income tax (PIT) in compliant to Vietnamese law for all employees, process relevant documentations for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization; solve related issues and participate in other tasks regarding PIT.
6. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Department to proceed salary/social insurance /tax/other C&B relevant payments and in reconciliation.
7. Process employment documents to all employees: offer of employment, summary of compensation package, labor contract, appendixes.
8. Monitor and maintain employees profile, employment documents and C&B records in hard copies and in HR systems.
9. Execute the relevant C&B reports in line with internal reports system and requirements from relevant authorities. Assist in HR C&B audit.
10. Monitor HR payroll system and liaise with the payroll system provider when needed to ensure smooth operations.
11. Responsible to participate salary survey in kinds, provide benchmarking reports and propose necessary change of compensation package in line with market trend.
12. Responsible for the exit procedures; Coordinate with other relevant divisions to support the leaver complete exit checklist; Final payment calculation and all documentations of leaving sets.
13. Coordinate with HR team to implement HR procedures in various HR functions: Employee profile management, Time management, Compensation and Benefits, On-boarding and Exit, Recruitment and Training, Compliance and Disciplinary.
14. Participate in HR projects from time to time which are relevant to the areas in charge.
15. Performs other duties when assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Technical Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Human resources management, business administration.
  • At least 4 to 5 years in HR C&B practices, compensation cycle management and labor market surveys.
  • Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax.
  • Experience working with HR management/payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal skill: Thoughtful handling and careful judgment regarding stakeholder relationships and communications; extremely comfortable working across diverse constituencies and communicate effectively at every level;friendly and customer-service oriented and respect others’ point of view.
  • Excellent in communication skill.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • English Proficiency in written and oral.
  • Dependability/Reliability: Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
  • Accuracy: To consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
