Knowledge, Education and Experience:
§ Technical Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Human resources management, business administration.
§ At least 3-5 years in HR practices, compensation cycle management and labor market surveys.
§ Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax.
§ Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
§ Interpersonal skill: Thoughtful handling and careful judgment regarding stakeholder relationships and communications; extremely comfortable working across diverse constituencies and communicate effectively at every level; friendly and customer-service oriented and respect others’ point of view.
§ Problem solving skill: solve problems and overcome challenges creatively and effectively; are persistent and always work to arrive at the best possible solution. ability to solve multiple tasks simultaneously
§ Excellent in communication skill.
§ Good presentation skill.
§ Time management skill: manage time efficiently and are highly organized; allocate and optimize resources, and manage timelines.
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
§ English Proficiency in written and oral.
§ Dependability/Reliability: Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.

HR Policies, Procedures and Reports
§ Coordinate with HR team to implement HR procedures in various HR functions: Employee profile management, Time management, Compensation and Benefits, On-boarding and Exit, Recruitment and Training, Compliance and Disciplinary.
§ In charge in maintaining document system related to HR procedures, HRM system, HR and school rules and policies; Propose amendment of the existing policies and procedure in line with school HR strategy and implement the changes under the in charge areas.
§ Communicate to local employees the updates on school policies/ internal labor regulation/ labor code / social insurance law/ health insurance law & policy and etc (if any).
§ Be updated of the HR relevant Laws from time to time and recommend necessary changes in HR practice to HR Manager in order to ensure the compliant application in the school.
§ Provide HR reports relevant to areas in charge and attend in HR operations audit process.
Compensation and Benefits
§ Monitor and process monthly payroll for Foreigner and Vietnamese staff, full time and part time staff.
§ In charge to process compulsory contribution and voluntary insurance programs of all staff, solve related issues
§ Monitor to ensure proper implementation of personal income tax for all staffs, process relevant documentations for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization, solve related issues.
§ Responsible to participate salary survey in kinds, provide benchmarking reports and propose necessary change of compensation package in line with market trend.
§ Assist in implementation performance management system toward high performance culture.
§ Work with division Heads to support annual evaluation performance process.
§ Report and maintain performance evaluation records and provide analysis as required.
§ Assist posting local Vietnamese vacancies on recruitment publications/websites.
§ Initiate contact with potential candidates and schedule interview accordingly.
§ Prepare offer letter for successful candidate.
§ Assist on boarding for new local employee; give a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by the school.
§ Contribute in organizing HR activities for staff
§ Participate in HR projects from time to time which are relevant to the areas in charge.
§ Performs other duties when assigned by HR Manager.
