1. Talent - Develop Assessment and Development Framework for Management Trainee Program, Graduate Engineering Trainees and Graduates Sales Trainees Programs that need to match with Business Requirement. - Ensure all of Fresh Graduates will follow their development plans by well tracking and follow up with Head of Functions, Line Managers and Talent Development Executives in locations. - Well cooperate with Talent Aqusition team and Corporate Affairs team to promote EVP programs by branding SPVB Culture and Learning and Development (if any) - Develop appropriate Induction & rotation program content for new-hires. - Facilitate training programs for Fresh Talents and Employees

2. Culture program - Initiate the new Corporate Culture Programs that make SPVB as a great place to work - Develop content and operation mechanism for current Corporate Culture Promotion Programs like Productivity, Quality Enhancement, Manager Quality Improvement to drive the right mindset and right behavior from employees. -Design and organize Annual Value, COC refreshment program. Ensure the completion at highest rate and people feedback well on the content. -  Lead Employee engagement activities in term of Corporate Culture as Action Plan for OHS - Cooperate with Training Manager to promote an open and supportive learning environment that fosters knowledge transfer, hands on application and the sustainability of knowledge and skills - Main in charge for Talent Development communication - Support HRD - Talent Development on organizing Senior Leadership Annual Meeting in term of content development and communication - Main in charge to cascade Culture promotion programs from Suntory or Pepsico to SPVB, ensure the highest particiation from employees

Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, Business, Training and Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience * Minimum 3-5 years experience in instructional Design / Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Training & Development; design capability is preferrable * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various audiences including all levels of management • Be passionate about HR and people development in particular • Possess business acumen and service mindset • Multitasking and work planning, can work with details • English proficiency• Self-driven, proactive, can-do attitude
