In 2015, Mercer-Talentnet salary survey in Vietnam got 520 multinational and big local companies across 14 industries joining and submitting detailed compensation data of 209,448 employees to it.

Ms. Godelieve van Dooren is the Information Solutions Business Leader for ASEAN and is in charge of the strategic positioning of Mercer’s information services in 8 counties across ASEAN. Next to this role, she serves as the Mercer Malaysia country leader.
Prior to taking up these positions in 2013, she was Mercer’s Asia Pacific Benefits Product manager and was responsible for Mercer’s benefits surveys and related benefits product.
Godelieve is also involved in several industry forums consisting of leading MNCs, including Mercer’s Hi-Tech and Mercer’s Consumer Goods forum.
Before joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with Ernst & Young in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits design and consulting. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, performance management and development of reward schemes focusing on (flexible) benefits plans.
Godelieve holds a MA in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands.
Hoa is the Director of Mercer Surveys and HR Consulting Business Unit at Talentnet Corporation, the exclusive associate of Mercer in Vietnam. She is involved in all areas of the practice, including all surveys of 13 industries and all HR consulting projects for clients in various industries.
Hoa’s background and experience has been highly focused on HR consulting in Vietnam, and financial management in Canada. Prior to Talentnet, Hoa had solid experience working in the finance field and HR management field.
Hoa has extensive experience working with leading local and multinational companies across industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Property, Consumer Goods, High Tech, Oil and Mining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing, … in the areas of reward and non-reward HR consulting. She has been the project leader for projects related to HR audit, company organizational structure review, job description design, salary structure design, benefits scheme design, performance management and bonus system design. She has a good understanding of Vietnam labour market and strong relationship with HR leaders and key contacts within this field.
Being one of the leading HR consultants in Vietnam, Hoa has written a number of articles about HR trends for newspapers and magazines. Also, she has been invited as guest speaker for numerous local as well as regional events to share the most updated trends and practices of Vietnam labour market.
