HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL CONQUER

  • Campaign Maestro: Craft digital campaigns (web, SEO, email, social, ads) to attract experts, educate clients, & grow our community.
  • Social Media Sorcerer: Manage social media & ignite the Arches community.
  • Data Detective: Analyze results & drive website traffic/leads.
  • Brand Champion: Elevate Arches' brand awareness in the digital landscape, driving website traffic and acquiring new customers.
  • Strategic Thinker: Collaborate with our web marketing agency to develop a future-proof marketing strategy and liaise with internal stakeholders on budgets, timelines, and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence by writing and producing presentations and press releases.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

QUALIFICATION

  • Advanced English Language Skills - Effective Communication & Writing Skills.
  • Advanced Critical Thinking & Business Analysis Skills.
  • Dynamic Work Planning / Efficient Work Execution Skills.
  • Strong ownership and responsibility for every task and project.
  • Growth mindset for ourselves and our company.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, and social media.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
